Bradley and Allen first became colleagues when they worked together at the largest and most powerful labor and employment firm in the world defending employers against lawsuits filed by their employees.  At this firm, they handled many complicated labor and employment disputes and organically developed the chemistry and synergy necessary for collaborative problem solving.  While their strategic and intellectual approach to handling legal disputes yielded impressive results for clients, they had a strong and nagging desire to expand the scope of clients who could take advantage of their superior services in a more personal and cost-effective way without losing any legal firepower. 

Big firms are typically attractive to companies and individuals because they tend to possess the top talent and have tremendous geographical reach.  What they lack, however, is the flexibility and dexterity to quickly adapt to the changing legal landscape and personalize relationships with clients.  Further, the overhead and expense of operating a large firm inevitably leads to grossly expensive rates and inefficiencies due to cumbersome bureaucracy.  As an alternative to the institutional and unshakeable challenges big firms face, Sherman Boseman is able to provide the same, if not better, legal service in a more intimate and practical way to a broader client base -- from individuals to global companies.
